An Overview of our Process

It starts with understanding what you have today, and what you want to have at the end of the process.

If you already have plans and a style in-mind, great! If not, we can provide guidance and recommendations on this as well.

After we know the destination, we’ll build a plan for how to get there. This of course includes the timeframe and cost to turn your vision into reality.

Once we are locked on a design we’ll get to sourcing the materials and getting ready to kick off construction.

Next comes Construction Kick Off Day.

If you need to stay in the home while we remodel we can work around you. If you can vacate while we’re working we’ll be able to get done more quickly and efficiently.

During the build, we’ll keep you updated via our construction project management app, available on your phone and PC. We’ll post progress updates with photos and show how we are doing against planned timelines.

We’ll check in regularly to make sure that the vision is coming to reality as you imagined it would, and make any course corrections if needed.

When we’re done we’ll do a full walkthrough and get your agreement on a job well done!

And don’t worry - should the unlikely happen and an issue arises after we’re done, you’ll have a full warranty on all materials and labor for a full twelve months.
